Wherever you’re starting from, welcome.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist working with adults, couples, and teens. My approach is non-pathologizing, which means I meet you as a whole person and understand your struggles not as disorders, but as protective patterns that may have once served an important purpose.

With a compassionate presence and forward-thinking methods, I help you access your intrinsic ability to heal and grow.

Essential elements of my work

A Place to Feel Safe. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. When we work together, I create a space where you are understood and accepted as you are.

Somatic. Emotions live in the body as well as the mind. In our sessions, I include talk while engaging the intelligence of the body as a second channel of information. This offers a safe, intuitive way of repairing attachment wounds and trauma.

Informed by Research. I offer techniques grounded in mental health research, including up-to-date studies in memory, neuroplasticity, and mechanisms of change. Together, we use experiential methods to unlock long-standing patterns and support change.

Key ideas

  • The mind and body are biologically wired to heal.

  • Reprocessing memories can resolve trauma.

  • Therapy must be adaptable to meet unique needs.

If you’re curious about working together, a 15-minute consultation is a good place to start. I look forward to meeting you.
